Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Zen Doctor, LLC, we put care into creating meaningful retreats, memberships, and digital products. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

Retreats & Events

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Full payment is due by the specified deadline (see event details).

• If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person with written notice.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of the retreat.

Digital Products & Memberships

• All digital downloads, workbooks, and guides are non-refundable once delivered.

• Membership subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but no partial refunds are issued.

Coaching / Consulting

• Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.
